AMC: Annual Maintenances Contract( non comprehensive)
AMC contract include one year and four time services & complaint.

Immediate attendance of breakdown, if any.

CMC: Comprehensive Maintenance Contract.
CMC contract include one year warranty for air-conditions, electric parts, gas charging & compressor with four times service & complaint.
Comprehensive Maintenance Contract includes
Four routine services
Immediate attendance of breakdown, if any
Refrigerant gas charging, if necessary
Following spare parts shall be replaced/repair, free of cost in case of any breakdown during AMC period
